【具体的な業務内容】
・顧客の要件を分析し、開発チームへの重要なインプットを提供
・グローバルなエンジニアと連携し、顧客の要件に応じた高品質でタイムリーな成果物を提供
・主要な顧客アカウントとの強固な技術的関係を構築・維持し、顧客の技術的ニーズ、課題、目標を理解
・ハードウェアおよびソフトウェアコンポーネントを含む製品開発に関する深い理解
・顧客に技術サポートを提供し、トラブルシューティング、問題解決、製品統合に関するガイダンスを実施
・顧客の懸念に効果的に対処するため、組織内の技術チームと調整
・顧客の特定の要件を理解し、必要に応じて製品開発チームと協力してカスタマイズされたソリューションを設計・開発
・顧客向けの仕様書、ユーザーマニュアル、技術ガイドなどの技術文書を作成・維持
・顧客が組織の製品とソリューションを包括的に理解できるように、トレーニングセッションを実施
・顧客より製品のパフォーマンスに関するフィードバックを収集し、組織内に伝達し、改善提案を行う
