自動車部品製造にかかわる生産工程、工程設計、工法開発、生産装置の導入及び量産工程の立ち上げや、立ち上げ後の生産装置、品質の維持
・管理を担当いただきます。
■新製品量産準備：開発部門へ生産要件のフィードバック、生産工程立案、計画、設備構想案/設備メーカー向け仕様書作成/調達手配、P FMEA Control Planの作成
■新技術開発：中長期的な視点（1～5年）での生産技術開発戦略立案、計画、遂行
■量産維持管理：量産設備・生産工程の改善
■量産品質課題の分析/解決

Required Skills
■必須条件
・「ものづくり」への好奇心、探求心
・電気製品量産準備
・電気製品開発の経験、あるいは開発部門相手に製造要件をもとに仕様の調整をした経験。
・電気製品の設計仕様書、図面から、工程設備に落としこむ業務経験おおむね３年以上。
・国内外の開発/製造拠点/協力メーカとのコラボレーション業務。
■その他できれば持っていてほしい経験等
・海外赴任の経験
・プロジェクトマネージメントの経験
・自動車関連企業での新製品立ち上げ経験。自動化ラインの工程開発・設計・導入経験
・製品検査装置、測定機器を用いた工程の立ち上げおよび改善の経験
・ Display機器の接着技術開発、装置開発経験
・品質管理の知識
