■OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE OF JOB
A systems applications and products （SAP） specialist specializes in performing and analysis to determine the needs of a business and its clients when it comes to SAP / Manufacturing system software programs ensuring productivity and smooth workflow. The responsibilities typically revolve around coordinating with different departments to gather data devising strategies to optimize business performances identifying the strengths and weaknesses of existing programs and implementing SAP / Manufacturing system solutions for improvement and optimization. Furthermore it is essential to lead and train BPO/ system user all while implementing the company's policies and regulations.

Momentive IT would like to recruit potential candidates who are bilingual in English/Japanese have IT knowledge and have a minimum level of SAP knowledge provide them with the necessary training and have them play an active role as promising talent.
The plan is to hire one person each for SAP and MES and after hiring　and complete training both people will share their tech knowledge so that they can cover both areas of SAP and MES. This will create redundancy of IT resources.

■Key Outcome Tasks
Seeking an experienced SAP or MES Manufacturing Execution specialist to join our team who would be responsible for supporting a Global SAP S4 instance. As the SAP MES Manufacturing Execution business specialist you would be responsible for analyzing and requirement gathering for the MES processes including process planning and manufacturing and have a clear understanding of Production Planning and Manufacturing in the process industry. You will work closely with BPO’s （Business Process Owners） as well as other functional teams including Record to report （RTR） finance Order to Cash （OTC） Procurement to Pay （P2P） Quality management （QM） Plant maintenance （PM） and Environmental Health Safety （EHS） to ensure seamless integration processes across the organization.
