日本側のHR Business Partnerとして日本の人事業務をリードし、採用・組織開発（TalentManagement Talent Development）・C Bまだ幅広くお任せします。
・従業員ライフサイクル全般の日常業務
・自部門の年間HRホイールに責任を持ち、人材獲得・育成業務
・あらゆるレベルのリーダーと緊密に連携し、意見を交換
・人事制度やグローバル人事プロセスの開発・定着化
具体的には、サクセッションプランニング、エンゲージメント調査、マーサー全体の新しい賞与スキームの下でのコンプ＆ベンプロジェクト、新しい人事管理システムの導入など。
