戦略に従い、プロセスの確立、必要業務の企画立案、実行
直営ディーラーを中心とした中古車セールスの立ち上げ
最適な提案、フォローアップを社内外に対して行う
●グローバルポリシーに準じた日本市場の中古車ビジネスの確立、販売実践の基盤作成及び、サービス部との連携業務などの課題解決
●社内におけるルールの整理と確立
