（２）風力発電事業者からの引き合い、見積もり、優先交渉権獲得に向けた商務条件の対応、交渉（提出資料・契約書の作成や客先との交渉を英語で行う場合もあり）
（３）O M業務に携わる地元企業の発掘、関係構築
＜企画業務＞
（１）O M事業計画の立案サポート
（２）特徴あるリソースを持った国内外企業との連携体制構築
例）遠隔監視システム、空中・海中ドローン、作業船等
