【仕事内容・職責】
顧客との品質関連窓口（顧客は日本企業、当社の製造現場は世界中のグループ工場）
社内関連部門との調整と連携（品質、設計、製造、営業、物流、テクニカルセンター等）
新製品製造立上げ業務（PPAP）
客先納入不具合対応（不具合連絡受領から、その処置、工場と連携した解析指導、対策及び報告までを実践）
*顧客との定例会出席、ドイツや中国等海外拠点とのTEAMS会議実施、顧客海外出張支援（同行、アレンジ等）
*品質監査対応
緊急品質対応（不具合発生時の部品選別、修理など）のコーディネート
品質情報の整理（月報、定期レポートなど）
社内品質改善活動
