中国子会社への赴任を前提としております。
生産本部開発購買課にて下記業務に従事いただきます。
・【具体的な業務内容】
・新規部品の試作品製造、量産に係る技術文書／品質管理の準備、量産立ち上げ支援。
・板金、プレス、機械加工等による部品製品試作、評価（寸法測定、試験）業務、金型管理、製品改善提案業務。
・Supplierに出向き作業立会いによる部品の作りこみ（サンプル作製とその評価）
・部品製造業者の監査支援
（将来的には、光学部品についても知見を広めてもらう）
【期待する役割】
・当社製品に搭載される金属部品、樹脂部品に要求される機能、仕様、規格を理解し、その実現に必要な加工設備や評価設備、作業環境を調査し、部内や社内関係部門へ提案する。
・金属部品の加工技術および計測評価技術を確立し、量産移管し、安定した品質を確保する。

【必須要件】
・金属部品の製造開発および計測評価技術開発経験
・上記開発に伴う工程設計や治工具設計経験
・量産に伴う計測機の導入、立上げ、及び管理手法の確立の経験
【歓迎要件】
・加工技術（MC技術）の知見
【求める保有スキル】
・ パソコンの操作：ExcelなどのOffice系ソフトの扱いができること。
