SH W（安全・衛生・ウェルビーイング）スペシャリストは、MRO（メンテナンス、修理、オーバーホール）ならびにオフィス・倉庫業務全体にわたり、グローバルスタンダードと日本法人をつなぎ安全衛生管理手法の導入を推進いただきます。
他部署と連携し、物理的および渡航安全、危機管理および事業継続管理もサポートいただきます。
■具体的には
・インシデントの報告/調査/予防措置の特定と是正
・新入社員、請負業者、派遣社員、臨時スタッフ、および/または訪問者へ導入研修を実施し、エアバス施設内での作業中に安全規則が遵守されるよう指導
・リスクアセスメントを実施およびレビュー
・安全プログラム、ウェルビーイング活動の推進
・各部署や全世界のエアバスグループとの連携
・安全衛生委員会の管理
