業務内容：
産業機械メーカーである弊社のニューマシンプロジェクトマネージメント部署では新規設備の導入、立上げプロジェクトを実施します。
それらのプロジェクトにおいてコーディネーション業務を担当いただき、予定や進捗、手配品の社内および社外との調整を行います。
具体的にはプロジェクトスケジュールの作成や計画書作成などの準備業務、工程、人員管理などの管理業務、レポーティング、残件管理と引継ぎなどのプロジェクト終了業務となり業務経験や業界知識が十分である場合はオフィス勤務が主となりますが顧客への訪問、状況に応じて1週間以上の出張もあり得ます。
また、十分な経験を積んだ後に同時に複数のプロジェクトを担当していただきます。
HQや取扱い設備の設計がドイツにありますため英語による一定のコミュニケーション能力は必須です。
またドイツ本社担当者と客先の意見交換の場では通訳業務を担当する事もあり、トレーニング期間においてはプロジェクトサイトにて設備やプロセスを学んでいただくためにPM見習い兼通訳として現場入りします。
年収
500万～800万程度（基本給＋Bonus。時間外手当は別）
＊経験に応じて決定します。
賞与：標準賞与月数 2～3か月／年間
＊ただし、会社業績および個人目標達成度により変動します。
