スクラムチームの立ち上げから関与し、トレーニング、指導、コーチングを通じてチームの成長を支援します。また、プロダクトオーナーをサポートし、他部門とスクラムおよびアジャイルプロセスを共有してプロジェクトの円滑な進行を支援します。
