In this role, you will support clients in transforming their organizational culture, defining behavioral codes, and driving change at the enterprise level. You will apply GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) expertise to help shape strategy and implement sustainable transformation from a management perspective.

Description

• Consulting on corporate culture reform, conduct risk management, and behavioral code development
• Proposing improvements and redesigns of governance frameworks, compliance structures, and HR systems
• Conducting current state analysis, identifying challenges, and developing action plans through discussions with senior leadership
• Collaborating with internal expert teams to utilize data analytics and technology in project execution
• Contributing to service development, articles, and public speaking engagements related to industry trends, ESG, and purpose-driven transformation

Candidates should meet one or more of the following:

• Experience in corporate culture change, behavioral code development, or organizational transformation projects
• Experience supporting business transformation, engagement survey analysis, or internal communications strategy
• Experience in conduct risk management within financial institutions or corporations
• Experience as a dealer or trader, particularly those seeking to broaden their career scope beyond front-office roles
• Consulting experience (corporate backgrounds also considered)
• Business-level English / Japanese proficiency
• Strong interest in corporate culture and organizational system design, and flexible problem-solving mindset
• Motivation to incorporate data and technology into consulting work
