Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in the retail industry.
• Plan and manage communication campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging content and promotional materials.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, recommending improvements as necessary.
• Ensure all marketing efforts comply with company guidelines and industry standards.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and partnerships that align with brand objectives.
• Support the marketing team with administrative and operational tasks when needed.

A successful Marketing & Communication Specialist should have:

• Strong understanding of marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Open to traveling abroad for photoshoots.
• Experience with the outdoors, such as hiking, camping, trekking.
• Have experience with climbing difficult mountains (more than Mt. Fuji!)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Native level Japanese.
