What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage end-to-end bodyshop and paint operations with a focus on profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure all repair work meets manufacturer standards and insurance requirements.
• Oversee contractor performance to maintain quality and turnaround expectations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and team development.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of managerial experience in bodyshop and paint operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of continental vehicles.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
