Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and execute operational strategies to deliver service excellence and drive growth.

• Build, maintain, and expand strong customer relationships, leveraging your existing industry network (산업 내 인맥).

• Act as the technical lead for key projects and client engagements, solving complex challenges in real-time.

• Identify new market opportunities and tailor company's services to Korean customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in technical operations or quality management, preferably within the TIC or EPC industry.

• Proven track record of leadership in customer-facing technical roles.

• Strong customer and industry network in the Korean TIC market.
