Job Description
A leading provider of innovative connectivity solutions, specializing in the design and manufacture of cables, wire harnesses, and interconnect solutions for diverse industries including automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial applications. Our client is currently seeking an Maintenance Assistant Manager to join their esteemed organization.
Job Descriptions
- Overseeing the maintenance team, delegating tasks, and ensuring proper staffing levels.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
- Managing and prioritizing reactive maintenance tasks to address immediate issues and minimize disruptions to operations.
- Assisting in managing relationships with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality of work.
- Monitoring of maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and building codes.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronic or equivalent
- Strong leadership in leading a team
- Good technical understanding, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in project management
- Experience in handling maintenance from semiconductor industry
