Job Description
職種：生産／製造エンジニア
生産／製造エンジニアとして、効率的な生産と高品質な製品の製造を確保するために、製造プロセスを監督・最適化する責任を負っていただきます。部門横断的なチームと連携し、専門知識を提供し、継続的な改善活動を実施することで、オペレーションの卓越性を推進します。
効率の最適化、コスト削減、製品品質の向上を実現するための製造戦略とプロセスを策定・実施する。
設計エンジニア、品質管理エンジニア、製造担当者を含む部門横断的なチームと連携し、円滑な生産オペレーションと製品のタイムリーな納品を確保する。
リーン製造手法を活用し、プロセス改善プロジェクトを主導・参加し、無駄を特定・排除し、生産性と製品品質を向上させる。
既存の製造プロセスと設備を評価し、改善の機会を特定し、効率性と生産性を向上させるための変更を実施する。
根本原因分析を実施し、是正措置を実施することで、生産上の問題を解決し、ダウンタイムを最小限に抑える。
作業指示書、プロセスフローチャート、標準操作手順（SOP）などの製造文書を作成・維持する。
若手製造エンジニアのトレーニングと指導を行い、専門能力開発のための指導とサポートを提供する。
製造技術、プロセス、業界のベストプラクティスに関する最新情報を常に把握し、製造プロセスを改善するための適切な変更を実施する。
サプライヤーと協力して、高品質の材料と部品の入手性を確保し、生産に影響を与える可能性のあるサプライヤー関連の問題を解決する。
製造プロセスにおける規制要件および業界標準への準拠を確保する。
