Job DescriptionLead and develop a team within the materials planning function, production planning and purchasing to fostering growth and readiness for future leadership roles.
Develop and execute production schedules that align with site inventory goals and customer service targets.
Continuously improve material control processes to enhance productivity and reduce overhead costs.
Identify capacity constraints and implement strategies to maintain service levels.
Create and manage planning documents, work schedules, and instructions to support operational goals.
Diploma or local equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience in inventory systems, MRP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, ISO standards, and statistical control techniques.
Effective communicator with the ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
Proficiency in the local language and intermediate English skills (for international locations)
