Job DescriptionLead the teams of Material Control, Production Control, Logistics and Warehouse.
Lead and oversee inventory and production control, ensuring alignment with global product line objectives.
Analyze service complaints and failures, implementing root cause solutions and corrective actions.
Manage site compliance with planning and forecasting, including Oracle-based systems and intracompany replenishment.
Conduct monthly reviews of manufacturing variances and purchase price variances, driving corrective actions.
Develop and execute schedules that align with inventory goals and customer service expectations.
Support engineering changes and new product introductions to meet program timelines.
Ensure high inventory accuracy and integrity of materials records.
Oversee import/export operations in compliance with customs regulations.
Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering leadership growth and succession planning.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of materials management experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in Oracle (APS, EBS, Demantra) and Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
Strong understanding of Lean principles and safety regulations.
Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Fluent in English and the local language (for international locations).
