職務内容

*戦略的計画と最適化: 長期的なサプライチェーン戦略を開発・実行し、ERPシステムを統合し、サプライチェーンネットワークを最適化する。

*調達とサプライヤー管理: 原材料の調達を最適化し、強固なサプライヤー関係を構築し、契約を交渉し、持続可能な調達戦略を実施する。

*データ分析とパフォーマンス測定: サプライチェーンデータを分析し、予測のための予測分析を使用し、リアルタイム監視のためのダッシュボードを開発する。

*物流と在庫管理: 輸送、倉庫管理、流通を調整し、在庫レベルを監視し、倉庫管理のベストプラクティスを実施する。

*協力とクロスファンクショナル調整: サプライチェーン戦略をビジネス目標に合わせ、クロスファンクショナルな協力を促進し、規制への準拠を確保する。

応募資格

*サプライチェーン管理、オペレーション、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号。

*製造業または食品業界（冷凍食品/CPGがプラス）におけるサプライチェーンアナリスト、調達、在庫プランナーなどのサプライチェーン関連職での5年以上の経験。

*ERPシステムの導入、設定、または最適化の経験。

*強力な分析能力とExcel/pptスキル；予測および在庫ツールの知識。

*数学的概念と統計分析の確固たる理解。

*強力なプロジェクト管理およびクロスファンクショナルなコミュニケーションスキル。

*優れた交渉および関係管理スキル。

*グローバルなサプライチェーントレンドおよび持続可能性の実践に関する知識。

*国内および場合によっては国際的な出張の意欲。

*バイリンガルの能力、特に日本語があれば大きなプラス。
