Designation - AM/DM - Maintenance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Profile: Performs routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

•    Skills: Performing routine checks on machine parameters like speed, feed, and coolant levels.
•    Inspecting and adjusting machine alignment and leveling.
•    Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
•    Identifying and replacing worn or damaged parts.
•    Calibrating machine tools and fixtures.
•    Using diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues.
•    Following manufacturer's guidelines and procedures.
•    Collaborating with operators and engineers to optimize machine performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Preventive Maintenance: Regularly inspect, lubricate, and replace worn parts to prevent breakdowns. 
•    Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on CNC machines. 
•    Preventive Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures. 
•    Collaboration: Work with production and other teams to identify and resolve issues. 
•    Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, inventory, and repairs. 
•    Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. 
•    Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and procedures. 
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest CNC technologies and maintenance practices.
