        Our client is in Automotive industry. They are looking for a potential candidate who can 

fulfil their requirement as following;

Position :                               Production Planning and Logistic Assistant Manager 

Location :                              Pluakdeng,Rayong

Working day :                        Mon – Fri 

Benefit :

• Salary: Total Package as 60,000 – 70,000  THB/month(Depend on experience)
• Bonus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry

• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, APQP, PPAP, TPS, Lean)

• Proficient in English, Thai, and Microsoft Office

• Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure

• Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and adjust production forecasts based on capacity and component availability

• Coordinate production workflow and Bill of Materials

• Prioritize operations to optimize performance and minimize delays

• Determine manpower and material requirements

• Monitor production plans to meet customer demands

• Resolve issues to minimize disruptions

• Track output and defect rates

• Prepare performance and KPI reports

• Collaborate with production, quality control, warehouse, and other departments

• Create and follow up on purchase orders for components and raw materials

• Maintain and update master data in ERP systems
