Job Description
Program Development: Design and develop educational programs that meet the needs of students and align with institutional goals
Strategic Planning: Create detailed plans and timelines for program execution, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives
Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including budget, staff, and materials, to support program initiatives
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, instructors, and other stakeholders to integrate programs effectively into the existing curriculum
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess program effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to inform decisions and measure the success of educational programs
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage educational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure program success
Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication among all stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education or related field.
- More than 10 years in strategic or project management (Corporate and academic experience preferred).
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Strong logical thinking and results-oriented approach.
