Position:                           QA/QC Manager/ QMR

Salary:                               60,000 – 80,000 THB / month

Welfares:                           Bonus, PVF, Housing, COLA, and others                        

Location:                            Amata City, Rayong

Working Day:                     Monday to Friday 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

• Supervise inspection processes and ensure product conformity.

• Analyze defect trends and implement corrective/preventive actions.

• Maintain QC documentation and calibration records.

• Act as the lead for the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Represent the company during external audits and customer visits.

• Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are aligned with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in QA/QC within the automotive industry.

• 5+ years in a managerial or QMR role.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and quality tools (e.g., 5S, 7 QC tools).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Thai.
