Job Title: Managing Director (Japanese-speaking N2 or above)

Salary: Dependent on experience

Location: Samut Prakarn, Thailand

Working time: Monday – Saturday 8:00 – 17:00 (with 2-3 Saturdays worked per month)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing

• Proven experience in top management roles within companies of over 250 employees

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall management and operation of the factory at our subsidiary in Thailand.

• Supervise and guide production management, quality control, and delivery scheduling for refrigerant piping and heat exchanger manufacturing.

• Collaborate with Japanese expatriates and manage employees to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.

• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development among staff.

Qualifications:

• General knowledge and experience in manufacturing.

• Experience in pipe processing is a plus.

• Proven experience in managing staff is required.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese (N2 or above) and Thai.
