Job Title: Managing Director (Japanese-speaking N2 or above)
Salary: Dependent on experience
Location: Samut Prakarn, Thailand
Working time: Monday – Saturday 8:00 – 17:00 (with 2-3 Saturdays worked per month)
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing
Proven experience in top management roles within companies of over 250 employees
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall management and operation of the factory at our subsidiary in Thailand.
Supervise and guide production management, quality control, and delivery scheduling for refrigerant piping and heat exchanger manufacturing.
Collaborate with Japanese expatriates and manage employees to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development among staff.
Qualifications:
General knowledge and experience in manufacturing.
Experience in pipe processing is a plus.
Proven experience in managing staff is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese (N2 or above) and Thai.
