職務内容：

• Shopify Plusを基盤としたECサイトの保守・サポート業務全般
• バックエンド・フロントエンド両方の開発・運用対応（React、NestJS、Shopify Plus）
• 顧客対応（日本語・英語）、問い合わせ対応、トラブルシューティング
• 品質と顧客満足度（CSAT）を重視したデリバリー管理
• 継続的インテグレーション（CI）・デプロイメント・監視体制の構築と運用
• MIS（管理情報システム）レポートの作成・提出
• スキル向上のための認定資格の取得・実務での活用
  General maintenance and support of e-commerce sites based on Shopify Plus
  Backend and frontend development and operations (React, NestJS, Shopify Plus)
  Customer support (Japanese and English), inquiry handling, and troubleshooting  
  Delivery management with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction (CSAT)  
  Building and operating continuous integration (CI), deployment, and monitoring systems  
  Creating and submitting MIS (management information system) reports  
  Obtaining certification for skill improvement and applying it in practical work

応募要件：

• Shopify Plusでの開発・サポート経験が3〜5年ある方
• フロントエンド（Reactなど）およびバックエンド（NestJSなど）に強い方
• AWS環境での開発・運用経験
• 顧客満足度と納期遵守を重視する姿勢を持つ方
• グローバルなチームと協力して仕事ができる柔軟性と積極性がある方

3-5 years of development and support experience with Shopify Plus
Strong front-end (React, etc.) and back-end (NestJS, etc.) skills
Development and operation experience in an AWS environment
