Job details:

• General maintenance and support for Shopify Plus-based e-commerce sites
• Supports both back-end and front-end development and operation (React, NestJS, Shopify Plus)
• Customer support (Japanese/English), inquiry response, troubleshooting
• Delivery management with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Building and operating a continuous integration (CI), deployment, and monitoring system
• Preparation and submission of MIS (Management Information System) reports
• Obtaining certification to improve skills and applying it in practice

  Backend and frontend development and operations (React, NestJS, Shopify Plus)
  Customer support (Japanese and English), inquiry handling, and troubleshooting  
  Delivery management with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction (CSAT)  
  Building and operating continuous integration (CI), deployment, and monitoring systems  
  Creating and submitting MIS (management information system) reports  
  Obtaining certification for skill improvement and applying it in practical work

Application requirements:

• 3-5 years of development and support experience with Shopify Plus
• Strong in front-end (React, etc.) and back-end (NestJS, etc.)
• Experience developing and operating in AWS environment
• Those who place importance on customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Flexible and proactive person who can work collaboratively with a global team
