Description

• Lead system enhancement and integration projects across ERP, finance, and SCM systems.
• Collaborate with internal users and vendors to analyze, improve, and maintain application performance.
• Create and manage system interfaces, monitor application KPIs, and document processes.
• Support ERP transition efforts, focusing on data integration and automation with RPA and BI tools.
• Provide technical guidance and training to non-technical business users.

• 3+ years of experience as a tech lead/engineer on application projects (including vendor management).
• Experience in business system development and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, and general application architecture.
• Japanese fluency (N1 level)
• Experience in retail business systems (eCommerce, POS, CRM) is a plus.
