Oversee and coordinate the development and operation of the application platform
Liaise with service providers and internal stakeholders (tenants) to ensure effective collaboration
Prepare and present service proposals tailored to business needs
Generate and manage monthly billing reports
Align project objectives with business goals and lead the team to deliver high-quality outcomes
Utilize project management methodologies to ensure timely, on-budget, and within-scope project delivery
Facilitate effective team communication and provide regular updates on project status, risks, issues, and performance to management
