主にフロントエンド領域におけるBtoC向けシステムの運用管理
要件の整理から設計、及び設計資料の作成業務
商品やプラン、価格などを管理するBSSのプロダクトカタログの運用・管理
障害発生時の対応・復旧作業
夜間の本番リリースに伴うテスト実施
