大手日系銀行にて、不動産ノンリコースローン案件の期中管理・回収業務（ミドルオフィス）を担当するポジションです。AVP〜VPとして即戦力が期待されており、専門性を発揮しながら長期的なキャリア形成が可能です。

職務内容
- シンジケートローンの管理および調整業務
- 法人顧客との取引関係の維持・強化
- 与信審査プロセスのサポート
- 契約書や関連書類のレビューおよび管理
- リスク管理およびコンプライアンスの遵守
- 市場調査および新規ビジネス機会の特定
- チームメンバーとの連携およびプロジェクトの推進
- 上級管理職へのレポートおよび分析資料の提供
条件・待遇
昇給：年1回（4月）
賞与：年2回（3月・9月）
