CFD/Thermal CAE Engineer(2輪車のCFD解析) – Motorcycle Programs

Expected scope in SCTM

• Defining project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.       
• This Role is CFD Analyst of Two-wheeler Aero dynamic and Thermal area to work on all aspects of delivery on the ongoing / future vehicle programs                                                        
• Preparing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within budget.                                                         
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks.      

Communication and control:
Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Team Leadership:
Leading and motivating project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and resolving conflicts. 

Delivery time adjustment:
Guiding the teams as per project milestones and responsible for critical reviews of offshore　deliverables

Roles & Responsibility:

• Complete responsibility of vehicle program validation for CFD and work cross functional design teams    
• Full Vehicle External aero dynamic cumulative drag calculation, exteriors parts drag   contribution calculation and Exhaust and Battery Thermal calculations                                            
• Engine Cooling: Frond End Flow for different Speed condition        
• Cooling Circuit: Prediction of system flow rates in cooling circuit
• Air Flow: Pressure Drop, Flow Distribution, Flow Velocity, Articulation and Defrost
• Air Intake: Prediction of Pressure Drop, Depression and FUI
• Exhaust & Fuel Tank Filling capacity simulation
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required skill and experience

• 15+ yrs Overall Experience in related Industry
• 8 -15 Years of working experience in CFD/Thermal/Flow Simulation
• Rich experience in use of modelling simulation analysis software: Ansa, Star CCM+, ID Simulation Simulink
• Strong understanding of physics and dynamic systems    
• Experience with testing and result correlation     
• Execution of various load cases execution independently and providing countermeasures for achieving performance targets and improving overall design
• Possess strong Microsoft Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ) and analytical ability
• Very strong sense of priority and effective decision making skills                                        

Japanese skills (for foreigners)

• N3/N2 skill in Japanese language

English skills (for Japanese)

• Excellent Spoken and Written requirement
