食関連を中心としたB2Bサービスを提供する外資系企業にて、在宅を利用できるファイナンスマネージャーポジションです。CFOをはじめとする経営陣のビジネスパートナーとして、FP&A・事業成長及び開発に携わり、業務プロセスの見直しを行います。

欧州に本社を置く上場企業で、世界中の法人向けに食関連を中心とした多様なB2Bサービスを提供しており、45か国以上で事業を展開しています。日本では、企業と飲食店をつなぐミールプランの福利厚生サービスを主軸に、約30名の体制で事業を展開し、前年比10%の成長を記録し、今後数年での人員拡大を計画しています。
職務内容
- 予算策定、財務計画、予測、および財務モデルの構築・改善
- 月次・年次の財務報告とIFRSに基づくレポーティング対応
- 各部門との連携によるKPI分析と業績モニタリング
- OPEX管理、キャッシュフロー改善に向けたコントロール強化
- アドホック分析をはじめとした、経営陣の意思決定を支えるインサイト提供
条件・待遇
- 年収1000〜1500万円
- 週2回の在宅勤務可能
