General Manager - Luxury F&B

As General Manager, you will drive the launch, growth, and daily operations of a new luxury F&B and hospitality brand in Ginza. With full P&L ownership, you'll lead the team, elevate the customer experience, and shape the brand for Japan's premium clientele.

Description

• Lead and manage the sales department to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and present accurate sales reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality or premium F&B establishments (hotel lounges, fine dining, private clubs, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of hospitality, P&L management, and team development
• Fluent in Japanese with business-level English
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
• Deep understanding of Japanese luxury market and service culture
• Experience in launching or opening new venues is a strong advantage
• Polished, confident, and discreet personality who can build trust with elite clientele
