主な職務内容

  • 日本国内の採用業務全般(ソーシング、スクリーニング、面接、内定等)
  • 各部門の採用責任者との連携(採用ニーズの整理、最適な戦略立案など)
  • 将来的な人材ニーズを見据えた候補者プールの構築・維持
  • 求人媒体、SNS、リファラルネットワークを活用したターゲット人材の発掘
  • オンボーディング支援(関連部署や人事と連携)

Join a rapidly growing fintech startup as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and take the lead in driving full-cycle recruitment across Japan. This role offers the opportunity to shape hiring strategies, partner with business leaders, and attract top talent to a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on digital payment innovation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates
  • Partner with HR and internal teams to deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience

  • 採用業務経験5年以上

  • 多様なステークホルダーと的確に連携して仕事を進められること

語学力:

  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル
  • 英語:ビジネスレベル(候補者対応や会議ができるレベル)

  • 給与計算、労務、HRBPなどのサポート経験
  • 様々な部署の採用スキル・経験(IT、営業、管理部門など)
  • ATS(採用管理システム)の使用経験
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume or fast-paced environments
  • Proven success navigating complex stakeholder groups with minimal supervision

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., tech, sales, back-office)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability in fast-moving environments
Language Requirements
  • Japanese: Native-level proficiency (required for candidate and stakeholder engagement)
  • English: Intermediate to Business-level (comfortable in bilingual working settings)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience supporting broader HR functions such as payroll or HR operations
  • Background in fintech, startup, or global business environments is advantageous
