Join a global leader in professional services as an L&D Specialist, driving leadership development and talent initiatives across the organization. You'll design and facilitate programs that empower professionals, enhance business impact, and support strategic growth through training, collaboration, and cultural engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute leadership training aligned with business strategy
Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver impactful development programs
Design and deliver training sessions for 250+ tax professionals and senior leaders
Act as an instructor for internal leadership workshops and sessions
Coordinate training logistics with vendors and internal teams
Build strong cross-functional relationships across diverse cultures
Manage multiple training projects to ensure timely and effective delivery
