【業務内容】
企業の組織課題や人材育成ニーズを把握し、研修・コンサルティングサービスを通じて、課題解決を提案する法人向け営業・コンサルティング業務です。
※主に日系企業を中心とした法人顧客が対象となります。
【具体的な業務内容】
・コンサルティング営業 ・新規／既存顧客へのアプローチ（アポイント取得、訪問、ヒアリング）
・経営課題や人材育成ニーズの把握とソリューション提案 ・研修
・コンサルティングプログラムの企画
・提案・実施支援 ・顧客との中長期的な関係構築とフォローアップ （初期段階では営業が主な業務となります）
【必須条件】
・英語力日常会話レベル以上
・インドでの就業に目的意識をお持ちの方
・コミュニケーション能力 ※業界未経験でも成長意欲のある方であれば応募可
【歓迎条件】
・コンサル業界経験者
・営業経験者(無形商材経験者だと尚良し)
・B to B業界での経験者
