■About the Company
The company is a startup with the mission "To advance the times together with fans," aiming to realize a "Fan Nation" – a society where everyone can live with their "likes" and "passions." It operates "MyAnimeList," one of the world's largest anime and manga community sites, develops and provides the fan community platform "Gaudiy Fanlink," and runs "Gaudiy Financial Labs," which engages in Web3 financial businesses.
In the pre-Series C round announced in May 2025, the company conducted a large-scale fundraising from Sony Group and Bandai Namco Holdings. Various publishing companies and entertainment-related companies also joined as new shareholders, strengthening partnerships with IP companies. From research and development to implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain and generative AI, the company is taking on the challenge of building the next social infrastructure from Japan's proud entertainment sector.

■About the Products and Businesses
Gaudiy Fanlink collaborates with entertainment companies that are IP holders to provide mechanisms and features that strengthen connections between fans and fan activities through content unique to official communities. To maximize fan enthusiasm, it is a product that combines a wide range of features such as posts, comments, games, and stores.
"MyAnimeList (MAL)" is one of the world's largest anime and manga communities and databases, with over 10 million monthly users. It features vast amounts of work information, user reviews and ratings, management of individual viewing and reading records, and active discussions in forums, making it an indispensable platform for fans around the world.

■About the Position
Currently, "Gaudiy Fanlink" is offered as a web application, but the company is proceeding with the development and verification of some new features to provide user experiences that can only be realized natively.
Also, there is room for improvement in the existing native apps for "MyAnimeList (MAL)," and it is necessary to start working on enhancing that experience as well.

For example:
- Improving loading performance for work lists and My List screens.
- Enhancing search and filter functions by genre and status.
- Designing reminder experiences through push notifications.
- Strengthening local caching and offline support.
- There is significant potential to rebuild user experiences unique to native apps.

Currently, there is no dedicated native app development team within the company, making this position a crucial role involved from the launch phase.
For future development, the introduction of cross-platform technology is being considered, and in particular, React Native is being examined due to its affinity with the web technology stack. The company is looking for someone who can lead the optimal technology selection while comprehensively considering user experience, development efficiency, and maintainability.

【Responsibilities】
- Developing and improving the mobile apps for Fanlink and MyAnimeList.
- Conducting technical verification and PoC development for migration from the web app and nativization.
- Organizing requirements and defining specifications in collaboration with the Product Manager and designers.
- Involvement in building the development foundation and operational structure for the native team in the future.

【Required】
・Experience in developing native iOS or Android applications.
・Deep understanding of platform-specific languages such as Swift and Kotlin.
・Experience with the mobile app development lifecycle, including store application and release operations.
・Team development experience.
・Japanese communication skills.

【Preferred】
・Development experience on both iOS and Android platforms.
・Understanding of web application (frontend/backend) development.
・Interest in and knowledge of cross-platform development (React Native / Flutter, etc.).
・Interest in UI/UX and the ability to consider technology selection and architectural design from a product perspective.
・English communication skills for collaborating with overseas team members.
