Your New Role
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple markets.
Perform in-depth financial and non-financial data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
Conduct cash flow forecasting and support FX risk management in collaboration with controlling teams.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting and variance analysis.
Translate business questions into analytical problems and develop actionable insights.
Present complex data and insights clearly to senior leadership through effective communication and visualization.
Act as a key business partner to cross-functional teams, providing data-driven recommendations.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Key Qualifications for Success
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Financial Planning, preferably within the retail or technology industry.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Excel Macros, Visual Basic, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and motivated by solving complex challenges.
