About Us:
The company is a leading provider of industrial products and solutions. They are seeking a driven Sales Specialist to build and manage relationships with end-customers and dealers in the Marine, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive APAC technical service strategy, prioritizing growth opportunities and driving commercial standardization across the business.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, escalations, and reporting.
Manage the technical support team, focusing on individual performance, technical skill development, and career progression.
Design and implement improved process flows, standards, and operational policies.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of progressive experience in a related field, with demonstrated success in managing technical service teams.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the APAC market and cultural nuances.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective service strategies that drive business growth.
