Support and participate in all procurement functions including:
Daily purchasing activities
Supply chain management
Supplier/subcontractor development
Supplier quality management
Maintain and update purchasing procedures, guidelines, standards, and policies.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs), generate purchase reports, and monitor delivery lead times to ensure timely material delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments for subcontracting and alliance scheduling.
Monitor subcontractor and alliance costs, ensuring purchases align with budget constraints.
Negotiate and review external contract terms and conditions.
Address internal quality complaints related to subcontractor and alliance projects, and follow up on corrective actions.
Source and develop subcontractors to support various processes and meet internal requirements.
Ensure suppliers meet established specifications and quality standards.
Conduct periodic site audits and verify non-conformance at supplier premises.
Lead quarterly supplier business reviews using performance reports.
Degree or Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong negotiation and sourcing skills.
Self-disciplined, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
