Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs and plans for bridge construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

• Oversee all phases of bridge construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, inspect work quality, and enforce safety standards.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers for seamless project execution.

• Prepare, manage, and track project budgets, identifying cost-effective solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to construction teams.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure the durability and safety of bridge structures.

• Integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into project planning and execution.

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding safety, building codes, and environmental standards.

• Foster team coordination and cross-functional collaboration to promote efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
