We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor (Civil) to accurately measure and map land areas for civil engineering and construction projects. Using advanced surveying equipment and software, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project planning and ensure regulatory compliance. This role involves collaboration with engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver precise and reliable survey results.

• Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, and other instruments.
• Gather and record precise measurements to create accurate survey data.
• Define property boundaries based on legal documents and survey records.
• Process survey data using CAD and GIS to develop maps and digital models.
• Analyze survey data and provide insights for project planning.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
• Communicate findings effectively to clients and regulatory agencies.

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or ITI in Survey.
• Certification: Land Surveyor licensure (PLS or LS preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in surveying techniques, AutoCAD, and GIS.
• Analytical Ability: Strong mathematical and spatial analysis skills.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in measurements and data interpretation.
• Communication & Teamwork: Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of land surveying regulations and standards.
• Experience: Civil engineering or construction experience is a plus.
• Physical Fitness: Capability to work outdoors and handle surveying equipment.
