Job Description

Overview: Seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Manager with experience in Automotive OEMs (Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, etc.). Strong industry network and expertise in customer relations, business development, and team building.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales, marketing, and credit control with customers.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolutions effectively.
  • Identify and onboard new clients, expanding market reach.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, fostering team growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for seamless operations.
  • Suggest cost-saving and efficiency improvements to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales & marketing within the automotive sector.
  • Strong connections with OEMs, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
