会社概要：
日本で50年にわたり精密プレス加工・精密金型の設計・製作を専門におこなってきた、精密加工会社のタイ現地法人です。自社内の生産実績を基に金型の設計・製作をしているため、量産部品・金型の安定供給に強みがございます。
仕事内容：
精密プレス加工（光学機器・絞り羽根・板バネ・二輪・四輪・弱電・家電）の生産現場のマネジメント全般をお任せ致します。
入社後はまず日本人上司の下で業務を覚えていただき、OJTにて知識と技術を習得していただきます。
【具体的には】
■プレス加工、金型製作、生産管理、品質管理など
■タイ人エンジニアのマネジメント
■生産設備のメンテナンス、機械稼働のチェック、トラブルシューティングなど
応募資格：
■製造業の経験のある方(プラスチック金型設計orプレス加工いずれか必須)
■英文レポートの作成ができる方(業界未経験でもOJTで教育)
■タイ語でコミュニケーション可能な方（片言でもOK）。
