職務内容
- 臨床試験（Phase I〜IV）のプロジェクトマネジメント
- 日本やアジア地域におけるプロジェクトチームのリード、他部門との連携
- 契約・予算管理、Change Order の提案と調整
- グローバルチーム・顧客との連携によるアクションプラン策定・実行
- プロジェクトマネージャーの育成・ラインマネジメント
- 事業開発活動（Bid/Proposal対応）の支援
