Responsibilities 

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ML/AI pipelines and infrastructure using MLOps, LLMOps, and GenOps best practices.
• Collaborate with domain data scientists, Data Platform Engineering, and AI Governance to operationalize models under internal governance standards.
• Ensure successful delivery of business-driven solutions by:
  • Aligning technical solutions with business requirements and timelines
  • Coordinating with technical teams on dependencies
  • Providing accurate estimates and progress updates
  • Identifying and communicating risks early
  • Maintaining high-quality standards throughout delivery

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with practical exposure to ML/AI systems 
• Proficient skills in Python
• Practical experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of CI/CD/CT (continuous training) pipelines and DevOps/ModelOps/DataOps principles and tools (e.g., JIRA, Jenkins)
• Understanding of modern data stack and data processing frameworks using Cloud SQL warehouses
   

Preferred:

• Experience with Databricks or similar platforms
• Experience with model monitoring, drift detection, and observability tools
• Knowledge of AI ethics principles and fairness metrics
• Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
• Domain experience in the financial or insurance industry
