・プロジェクトマネジメントプロセスの実行支援 （進捗・課題・変更管理等）
・プロジェクトマネジメントプロセスの計画・導入・定着化 （進捗・課題・変更管理等）
・ステアリングコミッティへのマネジメントレポート
・プロジェクトマネージャの意思決定支援
