職務内容
- プロジェクトの現場レベルの問題解決・プロジェクトリードや、全社レベルや組織横断のマネジメントを行うEPMO、大規模/複合的プロジェクトのマネジメントを行うPgMO等、組織や社風、プロジェクト状況に合わせた実行支援を行う。
- 経営レベルの視点に立ち、マネジメント層（役員レベル）に対し組織レベルの問題点を指摘し、改善の方向性を示す。
- 問題の本質を突き、マネジメント層（上場企業の部門長・事業部長クラス）に対して根本的な課題やあるべき姿を提言し、解決策の検討・実行をリードする。
- クライアント組織/業務/プロジェクト内の意思決定者に対して、マネジメントの重要性を認識する働きかけを行う。
- プロジェクト全体に関わる問題点を整理、分析し、解決すべき原因を見つけ出し、現場レベルの問題点の説明や解決へ働きかけを行う。
- PMやPMOチーム（ユーザー、ベンダー側のPMO 等）を取りまとめ、クライアントの組織/業務/プロジェクト全体をリードする。
