Job Description
仕事内容：ハノイ拠点の責任者として全体のとりまとめ、顧客対応、検品報告書や請求書のチェックなど。
・顧客先工場（約10工場）に訪問をし、顧客状況の確認を行ったり、派遣している検品員の状況を直接確認・指導したりする。半分近くは顧客先を訪問しているイメージです。工場規模により、派遣している検品員は2，3名もあれば、50名もあります。
・派遣先工場は中華系台湾系を中心に外資工場が70%、日系工場30％ですが、それらで製造しているものの大半が日系アパレル企業の製品のため、検品も日系企業の水準を求められています。
・直接管理するのは、営業、人事、データ入力担当等の7名ですが、顧客先にいる検品員も間接的に管理する必要があります。
